What is the CVproof.com platform and what is it for?
Our mission statement is to provide an effective tool to fight credential fraud and fake.
CVproof.com is leveraging blockchain technology to develop a platform enabling notarization of CV credentials. In other words CV’s and all type of credentials (Assessment, medical records, training…), from any industry and from any country will be digitally validated and authenticated in a seamless process. Our core business will enable CVproof mid-term to provide other related services such as sourcing and job posting.
This validation proof is as a green light “laisser-passer” for quality applications. Our mission is therefore to provide a legitimate validation using indisputable secure online tools connecting CV holders to the authentic credential issuers for blockchain notarized validation.
Credentials refer to diploma, certificate, assessment, reference, work certificate, publication, score, medical certificate, criminal record, proof of training, others.
What is the difference between the CVproof.com platform and other CV platforms?
CVproof.com is not only inventing a trustworthy career validation process, it is also proposing a new business model that incentivizes all actors taking part in the validation and/or in the sourcing process through a revenue sharing mechanism. For this purpose, we have designed a genuine ecosystem enabling users to access and offer services (validation, CV editing, job postings, ads, sourcing, blogs etc) for which they will pay and/or receive a remuneration in INK tokens. All transactions occurring on CVproof platform will be fuelled by the INK token.

You pay with bitcoin or ether in ICO, and in return receive tokens of the new project. This is another realization of the crowdfunding model. The participants finance the company's development now in order to obtain from it some benefit in the future.
Pre-ICO - stage before ICO (main stage), fundraising for the project. Pre-ICO is conducted to test and verify the demand for the project, get support from the community and expand the budget for marketing before the main ICO. Not all projects carry out pre-ICO.

What is a token?
A token is a digital asset based on blockchain technology that can be transferred between two parties without the need for a central intermediary. While an early and best-known example of a token is bitcoin, other tokens have since emerged – some using modified bitcoin code and others using an entirely new code-base, such as the Ethereum blockchain.Tokens created using the Ethereum blockchain can have a variety of attributes attached and, with “smart contracts” added, they articulate, verify and enforce agreements between parties. The ERC-20 token standard defines a common list of rules for all Ethereum tokens to follow and has made launching tokens on top of the Ethereum blockchain very straightforward.
When does the ICO start and end?
The pre-sale private round will start in December 2017. The official start day will shortly be displayed on our website.
Which wallet should I use to purchase INK?
INK is an Ethereum-based ERC20 token. Token holders can easily store and manage their INK using existing Ethereum clients, including the official Ethereum wallet, Mist, MyEtherWallet.com.
Can I participate in the CVproof ICO without creating an Ethereum address?
No, since the INK tokens are released on the Ethereum blockchain, you will need an Ethereum address to obtain and store INK. You can use the following Ethereum wallets: Ethereum wallet, Mist, MyEtherWallet.com or any other wallets in which you have access to your private keys.
Important: Don’t send the Ethereum to participate in ICO from the exchange accounts. You don’t have access to your private keys on accounts of crypto-exchanges, so you won’t have access to INK token!
Can I be sure that I will receive INK tokens after sending funds during the ICO?
INK tokens are sent automatically via the Ethereum smart-contract. INK Smart-contract access will be shortly available on GitHub and open to all for audit.
Will CVproof Token (INK) be available on exchanges after the ICO?
INK tokens will be listed on the main crypto exchange platforms such as Poloniex, Bittrex and Etherdelta . CVproof may also implement the Bancor protocol which allows INK token holders to trade directly via the smart contract on the Bancor platform. Click on the link to know more about the Bancor protocol: https://www.bancor.network/
INK tokens will be issued shortly after the completion of the ICO and holders will be able to use their tokens on CVproof platform at the same date, as part of the early access program that will be launched.
